My dad and I had great service with Mullane Motors! We came in with a car type in mind and our saleman, Bruce, was eager (but not pushy at all) in helping us finalize our decision. Though we arrived later in the evening, he took us out for a test drive and was very courteous about answering all the questions he was presented with. We got a great deal on a dependable car and I really look forward to driving it! I will recommend this dealer to my friends, it was an enjoyable experience from a locally owned company.

Had a great experience with Mullane Motors, went to look at a used car at their dealership late at night and Joe Nelson pulled it into the shop for me to look at in better light. Left undecided that night, but went back a week later during the day and Joe put the same car up on a lift so I could look under it because I had some concerns. We found the vehicle we wanted on the Mullane website. We went in to look at it and take a test drive. The salesperson, Bruce Tarnowski, is very personable and helpful. He pointed out all of the features on the car before we went for a test drive. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicle, explained everything very well and answered our questions satisfactorily. We made a deal to purchase the vehicle. Everything went smoothly. We were able to get the vehicle later on the same day we went in. Bruce is a pleasure to work with.
I stopped by Mullane at around 4:30 pm on Friday...was nearly closing time but Joe Nelson greeted and addressed my questions as if there time was not an issue. I agreed to setup an appointment early the next morning to test drive a 2017 Jeep Cherokee. Joe met me first thing, we went over my trade and then test drove the 2017 Jeep. The atmosphere this day was infused with energetic fun. The initial offer made was decent, however, I wasn't completely sold on the 2017. The showroom 2018 appealed to me much more. After some negotiations and through the assistance of the Finance Chief Kevin, not only did we finalize the deal and get bank approval, but Joe Nelson worked diligently to get my new vehicle ready to drive home the same day. Plates transferred, vehicle clean out and my new wheels beneath me. Thanks Joe Nelson and the awesome staff at Mullane to include the service dept for a world-class experience. I was very pleased....until I got home and my wife and kids made fun of me for transitioning from a Dodge Durango to a Jeep Cherokee....but luckily for me one of the items I transferred from my old vehicle to my new Jeep was Crown Royal!
