never put the oil filter on all the way and oil leaked on our new build concrete floor. The owner Tim was not helpful in anything other and giving us a free car wash and was very derogatory towards my wife over the phone

Went in for inspection on my car which is only a couple years old. The lug nuts required a special socket for fitting in the ford rim. The owner failed my inspection and still charged me 21 dollars. The car is mint. I offered to come back in a half hour and bring that socket to complete inspection and the owner said I'd have to pay again. Will be taking this guy to small claims over something so stupid. The owner was rude. This is the second time in 5 years I've taken a car to this place for inspection. I don't recommend this place for anyone to inspect a car. They claim they have to take tires off when they can clearly see new brakes and rotors.
My wife filled up our Sequoia & paid for a car wash summer of 2105. Our antenna does not lower & when she noticed a sign regarding this, she expressed her concerns to the attendant, and requested to not go through the wash. The attendant assured her he would make an adjustment of some sort and there would be no problem. The arm of the washer, of course, broke our antenna. After the wash she spoke with another attendant, who instead of calling his supervisor & explaining things, gave her a little ticket with a phone number & a disclosure that the customer is responsible for aerials, among other thing. We haven't been back there since. The attendants should be responsible & willing to be accountable for their actions, but since they are not, they will not have our business. BEWARE: READ THE DISCLAIMER SIGNS & DO NOT TAKE THE WORD OF THE CAR WASH EMPLOYEES!
