Sick of doctor offices that feel it's OK to make you wait an hour after a scheduled appointment. If you know you can't see someone, stop being a money grubbing slime bag, and don't schedule so many money grabs at once. If I'm an hour late, I get penalized. If i cancel or don't show, I get charged. Where's my $100 for having my time wasted. If you want to waste 2+ hours for 10 minutes face time with a foot doctor.
Dr. Hanna has always been courteous, thoughtful, and professional. I've had numerous procedures here and each one involved minimal pain and maximum relief.
My appointment was not helpful at all. I went for advice of what I should do differently and the doctor gave me the same treatment I was given before that did not work. They were not clear on what I should do. The staff was not friendly, and I would not recommend this place.
