Brad is the best manager I just watched him take care of 4 people plus me 5. And we all left with smiles on our faces !! Hes the best as helping us with anything we need help with!! Thank you for bringing him back to Lockport !!! He is family here !!!
So I went here to buy a tablet Alexis M. told me paying $45 will make it $10 cheaper a month so I pay her. Then all of a sudden the payment doesn't work. Then they tell me they can't give me a cash refund I have to wait for a prepaid card to come to the store. It's been a week now still no prepaid card stupidest place I've ever bought something.
Lexi Was very helpful and nice she was able to transfer all my stuff from my old broken phone to my new phone and you couldn't even see the screen.
Went into store to get an S8. Associate Lexi was very helpful and knowledgeable with her phones. She let me know which phone would be the most affordable and best for me. Very satisfied with service. Highly recommend this store!! :)
