Very nice, very clean. Great coffee in the office. Nice location, close to everything Lockport. Even has a pool!

This is a lovely place to stay. The rooms are clean, well-stocked with linens. Amenities that you wouldn't think of, the coffee pot, fridge, microwave. And there is an actual power strip attached to the top of the bed stand! With USB ports! Who thinks of that? I've reached the point that I carry my own power strip with me when I travel because there are no outlets available. They give you a roll of paper towels for spills so you don't have to grab one of their fluffy white towels to sop up your coffee. The beds are comfy, great big pillows on the beds. The grounds are well kept with gazebos and landscaping with plenty of seating if you want to sit outdoors. It's nicely lit up at night and it makes it very welcoming.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The owners are horrible and not professional at all! Make sure you know exactly how many guests are staying in the room because if you happen to be going to a wedding in the area and have an extra person crash in your room so they don't have to drink and drive (even after telling them we will pay extra for the extra person)the owner will bang on your door for hours! I have NEVER in my life experienced anything like these people! The next morning when we tried to talk to them they could not comprehend how unprofessional and crazy it is to bang on your guests door for hours when they are laying in bed. Disgusting people!

This place is a gem!! We stayed in a King Suite and were blown away. We have stayed at more expensive hotels and were not nearly as impressed as we were with Lockport Inn and Suites. We were greeted by one of the owners who was very friendly, check-in was quick and hassle free, bed was so comfy, room was very clean and full of little unexpected accommodations!!! Glass mugs for coffee, wine glasses, extra pillows in the room... The outside is well maintained and quaint. And the best part is it is family owned and operated. We love supporting locally/family owned establishments.

Stayed in a suite with 4 other people for one night. Very clean. Lots of conveniently located electrical outlets. AC worked great. Gazebos are nice to hang out in. Service at front desk was quick. The place is a bit outdated but the cleanliness surpasses most hotels. Definitely recommend to others.
