the glowing review is now revoked and I think your workmanship SUCKS and would not recomend you to plunge my toliet!
My hubby fed our disposal his "special" spaghetti sauce and clogged up our kitchen and wet bar sink (they share the same line for some reason). I called Roto Rooter after hours and had a service tech here in about 2 hours. He was on time, pleasant, clean, courteous, and knowledgeable. He also mentioned he was a member of the military with 2 tours in Afghanistan. (I love a company that hires military) He cleared that stubborn clog in no time, cleaned up, and even thanked my hubby for his prior military service. The bill wasn't as much as I expected for an after hours call. We've used them a number of times before and would recommend then to family and friends. If I have any plumbing issues, I don't try to call the "cheaper" guys, I call Roto Rooter because they are fast, efficient, and get the job done the first time.
The workman shows up and needs to empty the tank. really? right across the carpet installers? I hardly think so. Come back tomorrow ..and DO THE JOB RIGHT THIS TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I gave a glowing review when Roto-Rooter came to my rescue back in Oct to replace my leaking hot water tank. wks later they had to come back because there was a leak, the fitting was crossed threaded, now I am having new carpet installed and they found the floor wet, there is another leak, where the water exits the tank.
The tech was very polite and knowledgeable. He explained everything and informed me to prevent from returning. Worth the price. Thanks again Bob

We had a kitchen sink clog on a Sunday morning. We called a local plumber and when I said we had a clog they said "and you want us to come on a Sunday". They said they charge $225 just to walk through the door! We called Roto-Rooter and they were here before 12:30 (with a courtesy call 20 minutes before they arrived). Our service person, Dan, was neat, friendly, efficient and cleaned up behind himself before he left. He even offered some tips to help us prevent the problem from happening again. From now on, this will always be our FIRST call!
