Great service always helpful and polite
I've used Manna for several months due to lack of options of other ride services. They are almost always late, even when you schedule a timed pick up. The dispatcher/owner is incredibly rude if you call for an update about when your ride should be there, even though it should have been there 20 min ago. He randomly throws out times when they'll be there so a 10 min pickup could have you waiting for about 30 min. The drivers are at least decently nice, but somehow the company thinks it can justify raising its prices with their lack of punctuality and professionalism. If you have another ride option, take it.
Let's just say that I would not use this car service nor recommend it to anyone that I know!
