Excellent bank.. I'm very pleased. Very recommended bank to use.and great hours in the tops location...... update 6/16/16. Awesome bank.. but the turn over sucks. I do a split deposit every week. And with the high turnover rate.. they've been screwing up and taking for ever with my transactions. I'm pretty until happy with this place.. .....

When I moved to Lockport from Mississippi after Katrina I thought I had found a good, local, friendly bank. I was wrong. I gained an opportunity to return to Mississippi and I took it. Soon after I did; my bank account had a debit against it from a company I did not authorize. Citizens came after me for the illegal transaction. I filed all of the forms the bank asked me to, but they lied and are still trying to get from me what was stolen from me. I guess the fight is on. I do not recommend this bank.
