I will never bank here. They were not prepared for their merger with First Niagara. Now due to their negligence, my paycheck will not clear for 14 days. I don't even have an account here, but my company uses them. They put a hold on the check to ensure the funds are available. Idiots.

The staff are friendly and have good sense of humor. I gave a 4 star because when i got my debit card my name was all messed up. it had my last name middle name and suffix
