Great deal had the car for 3 extras days and the price was great. Took the rental all the way florida and back. Definitely use them again.
As usual an awesome car and a decent price. I reserve online and the car is ready when I arrive. We use enterprise coast to coast and never had a bad experience.
My moms been a travel agent for a decade and knows that because they know customers are often late, they are supposed to stay open later for about 30-45 minutes.
VERY unhelpful service. Normally I don't complain or write reviews, but this customer service was unacceptable. We got there at 1:15- 15 minutes after they closed and they had very rude customer service and refused to serve us and give us keys to the car we had on reserve for months.
They still had their doors open and could have helped us and given us 15 more minutes of their time, but just were selfish and wanted to get off work instead of help a customer. There were 3 employees working and they all refused to serve us and said they can't help us. They're supposed to be in the travel industry and be courteous and help us. Then they told us to go to another enterprise and told us they had cars but they were sold out. They are very unhelpful. Awful customer service.
I would highly recommend the Lockport/Transit Road location for all your car rental needs. From check-in to Matt who drove me back to work. All great. The "Lockport Enterprise Team" was both personable and professional throughout. Matt - I remember, Go Hurricanes!
The staff is always upbeat and positive and consistently asks if everything is OKAY. They are very customer focused to make sure your rental experiences is the best.
