Rented my car on a Monday morning. Employee had zero people skills. Car was great, price was excellent. Was never offered pre-pay gas and when asked by a friend if I had done this, upon returning, I asked the same employee why I hadn't been offered this. He said 'I don't know, who waited on you?' I told him he did. He said 'Oh, I don't know' and walked out to check the car. Disappointing customer service.
