Great prices, very helpful and friendly staff
Clerks friendly, but problems with coupons ringing up with proper discounts. The coupons are a pain to use. Too many exclusions. Ended up not using many of them and disappointed.
I went shoe shopping and Karen was very helpful showing me many styles. It would have been even if BonTon stocked a few narrow sizes or had a way to order narrow when medium widths were a bit loose. I eventually found a pair that fit well enough. The cashier was great in showing us how to save extra money with our coupon cards.
Karen in shoes was so very helpful and sweet. Carol Jean did a great job at the makeup counter today with the other girls with estee lauder,and the girl who helped me with my perfume purchase tonight. Well done girls, well done!
Nice merchandise but a bit pricey. I was visiting the area and stopped in the store.
