I love this phone store people that work there take there time to help you with sitting up your phone soon as you walk in to Cricket Wireless they greet you so put it this way i have been to every other phone place this phone place it the bast one as i no of like when your phone bill is do and if you are on $50 plane all you have to do is pay $50 .00 there's no fee like i side if your phone bill $50.00 that's what you pay.

I have had cricket for almost 5 years. About 2 months ago I figured I would give straight talk a try and it was OK, but my straight talk phone was sub-par. I decided to switch back to Cricket and turn my phone back on. I go to 5789 S Transit Rd #8, Lockport store on Tuesday August 15, 2017 around 7:30pm tell the young lady working my story and she says she can help. I buy a $10 SIM cad and a month of service and enroll in auto pay. She calls to port over my number and all that, after about a half hour she hasn't gotten it to work and she says it will take up to 48 hours for Straight Talk to release the number to Cricket, OK so I pay $75 for the activation/SIM card/month of service. Today is Saturday August 19, 2017 and the phone still doesn't work, so I stop in to Cricket, 5789 S Transit Rd #8, Lockport again at 10:30 am. A different young lady is working and I tell her the situation, she says OK and tries to make a call, and nothing. She then opens the phone and DIGS my SD card out thinking its the SIM, realizes after the fact that its not the SIM and stuffs it back in, then pulls the SIM out and tells me that the girl who "helped" me the other day did it wrong and I will have to buy a new SIM card so that I can get it done right this time. I tell her that I'm not buying another SIM card and that I would like to speak with a manager and she says there isn't a manager that will talk to me, or take my call. So I ask who owns the store, I'll call them, she says that they won't take my call either. So, I say, "I have payed for a SIM card, a month of service and enrolled in auto bill pay, and an activation fee, and I get nothing?!" she replies with "Yea, sorry about that." WHAT!? I donated $75 to Cricket Wireless apparently and there is nothing I can do except leave this review on as many social media outlets as possible in hopes that my "Message in a Bottle" reaches someone that is willing to help. Great, thanks for nothing Cricket and your lousy employees. P.S. I "HAD" to leave 1 star in order to leave a review, and negative stars was not an option.
