I absolutely love the grooming salon! Cheyene is absolutely awesome with my baby boy Ridley. And Megan does my teacup Madison. All the staff in the salon are fabulous! I highly recommend them!
This might seem odd but I was thourgly impressed by their fish and the cleanliness of their tanks. Wow. Maybe it's just because I can't maintain simi-clear water a single goldfish in a bowl for any length of time. Bravo on the clean tanks and 99.5% living fish population.

I always shop for my pet supplies at PetSmart. Was so happy when little Lockport got its own store. Everyone there is very helpful in many ways...to find a product, answer a question, & to help me take heavy bags of cat litter to my car. If they don't have a product there, since it is smaller than the stores further out, I was told by an employee that I could order it online to be sent to their store. And no additional costs!
Knowledge and courteous employees. They seem to take an interest in YOU and your PET. Esp when you bring Fido with you. Very good prices and you often can find GREATTT prices on items on clearance/on sale, in the middle aisle. Spend few extra mins looking around and you'll get a bargain! Cleanliness of store is fair.
Great selections and their brand is at par with most brands but better priced. Only complaint is the option to close the store only me and my cat so he can relax and make better decisions without the stress of strangers around.
